DESCRIPTION:Join our Monumental Improvement project (MI) on Saturday the 7th of September for a day of tranquil and relaxing events at Maker Heights\, Rame Head. We will have two Mindfulness Movement sessions as well as Observation Drawing sessions (Morning and Afternoon) which will be held within the different Redoubts at the campsite. \nWhen is this event?\n10am – 12pm: Observational Drawing session (Morning)\n11am – 12pm: Mindfulness Movements session (Morning) \n1pm – 2pm: Mindfulness Movements session (Afternoon)\n1pm – 3pm: Observational Drawing session (Afternoon) \nWhere is this event?\nMaker Heights Heritage Centre\, The Barracks\, Maker Heights\, Millbrook\, PL10 1LA\nW3W: darker.pays.deck\nGrid Reference: SX 43465 51411 \nWhat to bring for this event?\nPlease wear appropriate clothing and footwear according to the weather. There is a cafe available at the site however feel free to bring your own packed lunches. Bring any refreshments you wish to have during the activities as well as plenty of water to keep you hydrated. Please make sure to bring any required medication with you and make our members of staff aware of any medical conditions you have. \nPlease accept the RSVP to confirm your attendance for the activity/ies you wish to participate in\, we will then follow this up with a form which will need to be completed.
