Our FiPL team, in partnership with the National Trust, are supporting an upcoming online event focused on the creation and long‑term management of species‑rich grassland, a vital habitat for supporting biodiversity and resilient farmed landscapes.
Hosted by the National Trust, with expert speakers from Buglife and FWAG, this free session will provide farmers and land managers with practical, specialist-led guidance on establishing species‑rich grassland, understanding key considerations for successful establishment, and enhancing the ecological value of land.
The event takes place on Tuesday 24 March 2026, from 9.30am to 11.30am, and forms part of the support offered through the Farming in Protected Landscapes (FiPL) programme. Whether you’re beginning to explore new stewardship options or aiming to boost biodiversity on your holding, this session is designed to give you the confidence and knowledge to take the next step.
