Duration & Budget

  • The contract is anticipated to commence on 01 September 2025 and the digital capital assets must be delivered by March 2026.
  • Budget available maximum value of £45,000.

 Brief

This document is a brief to commission three digital capital assets to enhance the innovative capabilities of Cornwall National Landscape. Separate briefs are provided for each digital capital asset.

Item 1

Develop a CRM system integrated into our existing WordPress website that allows Cornwall National Landscape to manage multiple types of customers (e.g., individuals, stakeholders, businesses, donors, funders, partners, parishes) with tailored data fields and workflows for each type.

Item 2

Develop multiple integrated wireframe structured pages and pathways within and into our existing WordPress website which will serve as a ‘wardrobe’ – this is focused on providing us with anticipated ‘area’ / ‘structure’ to add our own content into in the future.

Item 3

Develop a digital asset integrated into our WordPress website which will serve as an interactive hub for businesses looking to engage with and support the conservation and enhancement of Cornwall National Landscape. The asset will showcase opportunities for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships that deliver meaningful impact across four key themes:People, Place, Nature, and Climate.

Invitation to submit a final tender

  1. Final tenders must be submitted in accordance with the timetable and instructions set out in this document and any additional information provided.   
  2. Suppliers should note that we reserve the right to re-assess any response to the tender in light of any new relevant information that comes to our attention.
  3. After the deadline for submission of final tenders, we will conduct an assessment of all final tenders in order to identify the Supplier which has submitted the most advantageous tender.
  4. Once the assessment has concluded, we will contact all Suppliers that submitted final tenders to inform them whether they have been successful in being awarded the contract and provide an explanation of the outcome of the Supplier’s tender.

Procurement Timetable

Deadlines for the submission of responses are shown in bold. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in a Supplier’s submission not being considered unless there are exceptional mitigating circumstances.

Please note that we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to amend the Procurement Timetable or extend any time period in connection with the Procurement. Any changes to the Procurement Timetable will be notified to the Suppliers.
