Mental Health Support

The Farming Health Hub

The Farming Health Hub in partnership with RABI offer online wellbeing support and counselling for people working in farming. The support is free, safe and anonymous.

Ladies in Wellies

This is a support group for ladies in the farming community in Cornwall to chat, ask for advice, share ideas and gain connection with others.

Farm Cornwall next generation

A support group for those working in farming that are aged between 25 – 45 years old (give or take!) A support group beyond YFC. This group will help people to get off the farm to socialise with like-minded people.

Business advice & support – Farm Cornwall

Farm Cornwall offers sound, practical, realistic and confidential advice no matter your needs. They are able to advise on farm businesses, finances, debts, diversification and grant funding among other topics!

Training Courses

Mental Health First Aid (Free Qualification)

If you’re working within the farming community, you’re eligible to attend a free Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course through Healthy Cornwall. Places are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis.

Fairwinds Cornwall – Psychological Therapies, supervision & consultation

Offering direct individual psychological therapy and interventions or indirect psychological support through supervision, training and expert mental health consultation.
